Q: How will I know when my cover starts?
A: Your cover start date will be confirmed on your Certificate of Insurance, which we will send out to you upon successful setup of your policy.
Q: How do I make a claim if something goes wrong with my Sky equipment?
A: Simple, there's no forms to fill in, just call 0800 614 914 (opening hours are Mon-Fri 9am-8pm and 9am-4pm on Saturday) and our highly experienced Technical team will help sort out the problem for you. If we can't sort out the problem for you over the phone, then we'll send out one of our own Engineers (usually within 48 hours of your request) to your home to resolve the problem for you.
Q: How can I be sure that I will receive the service and promises that I'm paying for?
